Position Description

We are searching for a motivated Office Manager to support our growing operation. Williams Construction is an established General Contractor specializing in high-end luxury homes. Providing the highest build quality and superb customer service is our mission, and we want to hire the best to join our team!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General administrative and office tasks - answer phone calls, receive deliveries, greet visitors, order office supplies, maintain a office cleaning and maintenance schedule
  • HR admin tasks - assist with employee onboarding paperwork and orientation, communicate with the company HR provider, monitor job applicants and perform introductory calls
  • Bookkeeping tasks - receive and sort mail, enter bills into accounting software as necessary
  • Provide general supervision of office and compound staff
  • Work with the department heads on necessary research projects
  • Assist in scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair for the company's fleet of vehicles
  • Take accountability for the general organization and operation of the office and compound
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ year(s) experience in Administration or Office Supervision
  • Previous interviewing and hiring experience
  • Ability to work independently, communicate concisely and professionally
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
Wage and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage of $25 - $28
